While reading up on conflict, my office mate came across a great concept of the iceberg of conflict. This concept illustrates that the conflict we see is just a tiny part of everything that is really going on during moments of tension. The conflict iceberg also pairs really nicely with last week’s post about the different styles we use to manage and engage in conflict.
