Resource Spotlight: Casa De Esperenza

One important element of communication is being able to send and receive messages—whether this is written, verbal, or non-verbal. Language access matters when we are working to provide justice for all victims/survivors.

One resource provider who I want to highlight during our month on communication is Casa de Esperanza. Casa de Esperanza is located here in Minnesota, but is the recognized technical assistance provider for the Office on Violence Against Women. They provide critical resources regarding Latin@ and Latinx folks and work with organizations/agencies to increase resources. If you or your team members are in need of training and learning around issues facing the Latin@ and Latinx community, connect with them here. They have an amazing resource library as well as a training calendar.

If you have other resources to share that improves outreach, care, and programming for Latin@ and Latinx communities, please leave them in the comments!
