Resource Spotlight: Vera Institute of Justice

Part of sustainability is ensuring that all folks have meaningful access to responsive resources. This month’s resource spotlight is dedicated to the Vera Institute of Justice.  Vera focuses their efforts on many interesting and important projects. However, one project, above some of the others, is of great importance for teams: accessibility to justice resources for Deaf survivors and folks with hearing impairments as well as people with disabilities. Vera’s Center on Victimization and Safety regularly provides newsletter and technical assistance to improve services.
