Weigh In Wednesday: Accountability

Being in a sexual assault response team and working in collaboration means that there will be bumps in the road. It’s a normal part of team work for things to go differently than expected or to experience some disagreement. Perhaps team members forget to complete work or are unable to provide requested items or materials. There are many, many situations that require accountability. This month kicks off our series on accountability within the team context.

With that, what does having accountability on your team or with your team mean? Have any examples or thoughts—share them in the comments!
