Join MNCASA for our 2024 OFP/HRO Workshop. This workshop is intended for advocates who assist victims/survivors of sexual violence in filing applications for Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders. The workshop includes:

 

• The basics of the OFP/HRO processes
• Specific considerations for victims/survivors of sexual violence seeking OFPs/HROs
• Trauma-informed affidavit writing
• Drafting practice and review by real judges
