Ashley Taylor-Gougé

Ashley Taylor-Gougé (she/they) brings over 15 years of experience in the anti-violence movement to their role as Executive Director of the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault. Their background includes direct service advocacy, social media, communications, outreach, evaluation, and program design and management. They have used these skills to expand access to survivor-centered support and to develop responsive, equity-driven programming. Ashley’s work is rooted in harm reduction, collective care, and a deep commitment to long-term sustainability for advocates. Outside of their professional role, they are a grassroots organizer in the movements for reproductive justice and anti-war resistance. Ashley leads with revolutionary optimism and a firm belief in the power of community to build a more just and liberated world.
