Katelyn Page

With more than 12 years of experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, Katey began her advocacy career at St. Cloud State University and has since worked across rural and urban Minnesota in advocacy, housing support, restorative justice, and community-based services. Her experience includes supporting survivors as they navigate medical, legal, housing, and other systems, as well as facilitating restorative practices and building partnerships across disciplines.

In addition to her direct service and systems-change work, Katelyn brings experience in grant review, community leadership, and equity-focused initiatives. She has served as a grant reviewer for Headwaters Foundation for Justice and has contributed to community-based efforts through the Olmsted County M.O.V.E. Committee and other local initiatives. Across her work, she is committed to building collaborative systems that center survivor experiences, challenge inequities, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Katelyn believes strong teams are built through intentional relationships, shared learning, honest conversations, and a commitment to continued growth. She brings a collaborative and reflective approach to her work, recognizing that meaningful systems change requires both accountability and compassion. Outside of work, Katey loves spending time with her family, including her wife, son, cat, dogs, fish, snails and frogs. Her household is full of love, plenty of personality, and just enough chaos to keep her collaboration skills sharp.
