Resource Spotlight: Victim Rights Law Center

I decided to bring back a post on a great resource for teams and service providers. This month’s resource spotlight is for the Victim Rights Law Center. This fabulous organization works to provide legal services for those affected by sexual violence and provides a lot of help to those working with sexual violence victims/survivors. They have several tools and resources that can help multi-disciplinary teams, no matter what team type you have chosen.

Not only do they provide local services in their areas, they also are national trainers and technical assistants! This means that they can provide trainings for legal services professionals and advocates in your community. VRLC also provides technical assistance to Office of Violence Against Women (OVW) grantees. SVJI has had a standing relationship with VRLC, and they are dedicated people focused on providing outstanding services and providing the best possible resources to improve systems response.
