This project will increase our organizational capacity for prevention programming to meet community training and engagement requests on healthy relationships and internet safety in the local middle and high school as well as with youth-serving agencies and professionals. We plan to sustain and enhance Pride and Joy Community Conversations, an outreach and engagement strategy at PRIDE events in northern MN. We also seek to identify sustainable funding opportunities to sustain these efforts and hire a staff member dedicated to prevention.

The Community Prevention Partnership Program will support our mission to eliminate sexual violence in our region. It will also strengthen our current prevention efforts so that they are on par with our more-established crisis response and healing services.
