Aria Sanders

Aria Sanders brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, administrative support, and project coordination. She has supported organizations across several administrative functions, helping build efficient and values-driven systems. Aria is passionate about streamlining processes and creating sustainable structures that strengthen internal teams. She values clarity, collaboration, and equity in all aspects of her work. She is drawn to using her operational strengths to support teams doing high impact work and is excited to support MNCASA’s mission to end sexual violence and strengthen communities across Minnesota.

Aria is an active committee member of the MN HBCU Alumni, Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, and PBC’s HBCU College Tour.

When Aria is not working, she enjoys her personal time attending comedy shows, coloring, bachata dancing, spending time with family, and tending to her plants.
