Weigh In Wednesday: Keeping Your Team Motivated

It’s the most wonderful time of the year as a SART leader…the time of constant “out of office” replies as well as weather, stress, travel, and holiday related difficulties. The end of the year was a tough time for me to manage the team and keep everyone engaged and attending our meetings. I’ve heard this similar experience from a number of folks doing SART coordination. Let’s collectively help one another out with good ideas.
