Weigh In Wednesday: What Motivates Your Team To Do Good Work?

I spend a lot of time with a lot of people, trying to figure out how to make their Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART) a reality, functional, effective, and/or engaged. Most of the time, I talk about the power of SARTs and how they can help shape a community’s response to sexual violence. SARTs have the power to make a difference for the community, for responders, and above all, for victims/survivors. However, it can get hard to stay positive, motivated, and committed when it feels like the work moves so slowly.

For the first post of this month, I want to ask you folks about the kinds of strategies that keep your SART motivated? Let’s celebrate our motivation successes by sharing them in the comments!
