Action Day 2025: Victim Services Are Public Safety (Virtual and In-Person)

February 10 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The Minnesota Coalition Ag ainst Sexual Assault, Minnesota Indian Women’s Sexual Assault Coalition, Violence Free Minnesota, Mending the Sacred Hoop, Minnesota Alliance on Crime, and Minnesota Children’s Alliance are coming together for a joint Action Day 2025: Victim Services Are Public Safety at the Capitol on Monday, February 10, at 2:00!

There will be an in-person rally at the Capitol Rotunda 2:00-3:00 p.m. that will also be livestreamed. Please participate in the way that works best for you, whether in-person and virtually.

CDI and ASL interpreters will be available. Seating will also be available. Please let us know how we can make this event accessible to you when you register.

The Capitol Rotunda is an enclosed space and the MN Historical Society encourages but does not require using masks at the capitol regardless of vaccination status. MNHS sites reserve the right to request masking in areas where social distancing is unavailable, in confined spaces, or in areas with limited air circulation. They are conducting enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces and providing hand-sanitizing stations for visitors. Social distancing is encouraged. If you are feeling sick, have flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has recently had COVID-19 or other illness, please join us virtually.

Attending In-Person

Join us in the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda, 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155.
We’ll have pins and postcards for legislators available.
You are welcome to bring signs, but they may not be on sticks. We will have sign-making supplies at the event starting at 1:30.
