Community Prevention Partnerships Program (CPPP) Cohort RFP

MNCASA is now accepting applications for the next Community Prevention Partnerships Program (CPPP) Cohort. We invite proposals from MNCASA Partner Program members who are actively providing direct services responses and leading primary prevention efforts in their communities. Proposals should focus on building organizational capacity for prevention, implementing strategies that stop sexual violence before it occurs, and addressing root causes of sexual violence, including discrimination and oppression.

Applicants must submit one electronic copy of their proposal, including both required documents, via email no later than 5:00 PM CST on Friday, February 20, 2026. Proposals must be emailed to [email protected].

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from MNCASA member programs to build capacity for primary prevention programming. Eligible member programs must be currently implementing both direct services responses to victims/survivors and primary prevention efforts in their communities. This dual focus is identified as a grant priority to balance and strengthen primary prevention programming at response-based advocacy organizations. Training, technical assistance, and other forms of support will be provided to sub-grantees by MNCASA to build capacity for primary prevention programming.

The Project Narrative is a written description of your workplan. Applicants must answer all questions. Answers should be clear, thorough, and related to your workplan and budget.
