The 2026 MNSART All Teams Meeting will bring together multidisciplinary professionals from across Minnesota to explore the power of collaboration in creating survivor-centered, trauma-informed responses. Participants will hear from keynote speaker Danielle Leukam, who will share her lived experience as a survivor and advocate, offering insight into how systems can move beyond awareness toward meaningful action and compassionate support for survivors. The meeting will also feature a panel of experienced SART Coordinators discussing successful collaboration strategies, lessons learned, and the impact strong multidisciplinary partnerships can have on survivor outcomes. Additionally, Boyd Billman and Jarvis Paro will share perspectives on trauma-informed law enforcement response and the role of policing in strengthening trust, coordination, and effective partnerships across agencies. Together, these sessions will highlight how collaborative, trauma-informed approaches can improve outcomes for victims/survivors, strengthen community responses, and build more effective relationships among partner agencies.
